Interview
Very lengthy and detailed oriented. They would be atleast 4 rounds and they give importance for behaviour and attitude round where they ask questions on case study on how we interact and respect other and environment..
The interview happens in 3 rounds, Telephonic, Technical, Behavioural. Sometime they do merge technical and behavioural together in 90 mins. Moderate to hard questions are asked. Behavioural round is more of a situation based round checking the optimistic nature of a candidate

What was the biggest challenge you have handled and how did you overcome that
It was a very long and difficult interview process. Lots of exercise and team works. The process called SRD (Shell Recruitment Day). The team interaction and individual efforts were tested and reviewed.
