Why did you pick us instead of other oil and gas companies?
The process was initiated by a online test which asked various technical question such as real life scenarios and how you would react to them. This made you rank given choices and also choose which one you felt was the most useful and least useful. This was followed by a phone interview which had mostly behavourial type of questions trying to find out more about you on a personal level. This was followed by the recruitment day.
