First day is general presentation while the second day is real life test. It followed by personality interview questions and answers. The answer be answered based on real life experience and star approach or technique needs to be used to answer the question.
It's not too hard. But be prepared for the questions as they assess you based on those. They give you time to think. Theres case study as well. Probably about 15-20 minutes.
