What was the reason for me to look at this change - push or pull?
First would be a call from the Human Resources department with questions about experience and general interview questions. Later on, a Microsoft Teams call occurs if initial phone call succeeds with two people asking questions regarding experience, problem solving, business and technical knowledge. They are able to interview in English.
