Interview
So, I had this interesting experience recently. A recruiter called me and she said my profile had been shortlisted for mobile developer role after she had shared my resume.
Then, she sent me a question bank for the upcoming interview. Naturally, I ignored it—because I considered it a standard question bank.
To my surprise! The questions were exactly from that same list. Word for word. Had I even glanced at it, I could’ve cleared the interview.
I found this crystal ball reading approach from the recruiter slightly odd (since when did interviews become open-book exams?), She practically handed me the answers which I could studied and cleared the process but i eventually ignored it and failed to clear my interview.

This interview was the same as all other operator interviews. They ask operational and situational questions. You go through teams of people all in one day at an offsite facility.
