Shell interview questions

Had a really great interview experience! Might depend on the hiring manager of the department but in my case, we had a really quick and casual discussion about the role and was only asked a few behavioral questions to get to know me a bit more. Really welcoming vibe, and my initial nervousness faded instantly.

The interview process was structured and professional overall. It involved an initial screening call followed by several interview stages with different stakeholders. Interviews focused on experience, technical capability, and cultural fit, with a mix of competency-based and role-specific questions. Communication throughout the process was generally clear, although timelines occasionally shifted and follow-ups required some chasing. Feedback was provided at key stages, and expectations for the role were explained clearly by the end of the process. Overall, the process was thorough but could feel slightly prolonged, with multiple rounds covering similar areas.
