I applied for Shell Graduate Programme position in November 2015. After passing the 1st and 2nd rounds (CV review and Online tests respectively), they invited me to do a phone interview (3rd round) in January 2016. The phone interview was 1 hour 15 minutes. The interview was difficult in my opinion. They asked a lot of examples of your past experience. I have prepared examples beforehand however I ended up giving other examples because the questions were different that what I expected. Nevertheless, it was a really nice experience (even though I was very nervous) and I learned a lot from that interview. Around 1 week after the interview, I was invited to attend the Shell Recruitment Day. I have not done this stage at the time of writing this review, though I will definitely write a review once I do!
