Online assessment: part 1 is competency based questionnaire, 18 questions, which can be found on scribd.com; part 2 consists of two parts, part 1 is decision-making tests, part 2 is numerical test, which can be tricky at the beginning, you can best practice them on jobtestprep.
Next round is telephone interview based on the CAR categories of Shell, all the questions can be found on glassdoor, most important is that you must prepare a lot of stories which can be used for answering those questions.

Interview
After the first online stage, the telephone interview was very friendly. It consists of three parts where two are assesed. First Situations that show you posses their CAR criteria. Second Your motivation and what you bring to the table for Shell and third your own questions.
The interview was done by a very friendly process engineer who told me he does these interviews once a month. There very clear on what they expect of you and when they progress to the next stage. All in all it was pleasant interview

Submit CV, complete online application, receive emails to take online assessments. Completed both assessments, currently waiting for reply. Most questions were easy to tackle except the mathematical part. Stay calm and calculate, does not have to complete all 16 questions in 18 minutes.
