Shell Graduate Program interview questions

Online submission of resume followed by two online tests. I found the online practice tests on the company website helpful in preparing for the real tests. Got the interview invite for the following week 24 hours after completing the second online test. The interview itself was about an hour long and consisted of mostly competency based questions. Read up the questions on Glassdoor to prepare for them.

Account aanmaken, invullen gegevens, uploaden CV en motivatiebrief. Daarna een aantal testen, waaronder een capaciteitstoets en een rekentoets. Voor de eerste heb je onbeperkte tijd en geen achtergrondkennis nodig. Er worden situaties geschetst met daaronder enkele mogelijke vervolgstappen. Je dient aan te geven welke je geschikt of minder geschikt vindt. De rekentoets is vrij eenvoudig maar tijd is beperkt. 16 vragen in 18 minuten, welke gaan over tabellen en grafieken. Percentages spelen een belangrijke rol.
