I applied in-person. I interviewed at SelfEmployed.com
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple rounds:
Online Assessment (OA): A timed coding test with [2-3] algorithmic problems (Data Structures & Algorithms) on platforms like HackerRank/CodeSignal. Topics included arrays, trees, and dynamic programming.
Technical Interview 1: Focused on coding questions (DSA), problem-solving approach, and optimization techniques. I was asked to implement solutions in [Preferred Language].
Technical Interview 2: System design and low-level design (LLD) questions. I was asked to design [example: a URL shortener or an e-commerce cart]. The interviewer also asked about OOP concepts, database design, and scalability.
Behavioral Round: STAR-based questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time you worked under pressure"). The interviewer assessed teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving mindset.
HR Discussion: Salary expectations, work culture, and company benefits.
Overall Experience:
The interviewers were professional and helpful. They focused on problem-solving skills and system design. The process was well-structured, but the response time between rounds was slightly long
Les seniors n'ont aucune chance.
Ils sont discrédités et éliminés d'office.
Le physique aussi joue
Même si les compétences sont prouvées et plus perceptible que les autres candidats.
Le discours des entreprises sur la discrimination n est que pipo

Interview
As a self employed person you are not necessarily interviewing but pitching your services to prospective clients. Overall an intimidating process, but hopeful that it will lead to some promising opportunities with flexibility.
