Interview
I had two interviews for the position, and both the HR representative and the hiring manager were kind and professional during our conversations. However, it’s now been over three months since my last interview, and I have not received any follow-up—not even an automated rejection email. I also followed up with HR via email a few weeks after the interview to ask for an update, but I never received a reply.
This kind of silence is disappointing and shows a lack of basic respect for candidates who dedicate their time, effort, and mental energy to the hiring process. A simple follow-up, even just to close the loop, would go a long way in showing professionalism.
