Sanofi Director interview questions

one day interview in Boston with extremely probing questions about my current employer (another big pharma). Months went by without hearing anything definitive. I still have yet to hear back. I think they were just trying to collected intel...would never interview there again. Very disjointed in addition to the complete lack of feedback.

First a recruiter did a fairly extensive phone screen. Then quite a bit of time went by but eventually I was contacted about my interest in coming in for live interviews. The live interviews were with about 5 people and took most of the day. The interviews themselves were pretty standard, nothing special.
