Their recruitment process involves sending logic and personality tests without any human interaction or explanation of the process, which comes across as impersonal and unprofessional. After completing the tests, I received a rejection email with no feedback or further communication. The experience felt dismissive and dehumanizing, leaving a poor impression of their approach to candidates. I wouldn’t recommend investing your time in such an unempathetic recruitment process.
