Sandvik interview questions

Pathetic experience interviewing at Sandvik Pune office.Applied through LinkedIn ,got call from recuriter (who believes in only one way Communication). Interview was scheduled immediately because the company wanted the person to join asap. First interview was a tedious 2 hr+ discussion with the application head ,country head and HR .After interview got feedback that feedback is positive and will call you for f2f discussion at Pune office. Followed up multiple times with HR but she never bothered to respond. After month or so when i had lost all hopes, got call from HR asking details like notice , salary etc. But she never bothers to tell the status of my candidature . Then after no response ....till date

I was initially phone-screened by the HR Strategic Professional for an Executive Admin Position in November 2017. I was brought in about 2 weeks later in December 2017 and was interviewed by the Hiring Manager. The HR person was in the room via Skype. The interview went very well. I felt very confident and I was on point with all the questions asked by the Hiring Manager. The position was a fit for me as it it entailed travel with the manager and coordinating/arranging meeting events domestically and globally. I could feel the Hiring Manager was pleased with my answers and knew I had extensive experience as a professional administrator. Sadly enough, I was not offered the position due to salary requirements. Was very disappointed but life goes on !!
