Sandvik HR Generalist interview questions

The interview was conducted by Sandvik's HR Business Partner and Director HR & EHS. They were overall very pleasant to speak to whilst being as clear as possible with regards to the position despite some ambiguity with the role's scope due to the nature of it being a Generalist. However, the time between screening, interview and interview feedback were longer than expected. Resulted in no offers due to a freeze in hiring.
