Salesforce Senior Program Architect interview questions

Entire interview process was very disorganized and unprofessional. I was referred by a friend and Hiring manager spoke to me before the interviews. He said he didnt have access to my resume. Technical and Consulting round was okay. Simple questions. Panel Interview with 3 people was full of attitude and lack of preparation on their side. Again none of them had looked at my resume. They didn't give any credibility to my experience and very disrespectful in questioning my successful engagements. Mid way in interview I felt I would rather not work with these kind of "frog in well" kind of mindset people and started giving back taste of their own medicine. Not surprising, got a rejection next day saying my experience was inadequate for the role. Which could be a easy assessment if they looked at my resume properly. I had done roles more challenging and impactful than what they do, but these guys were too biased on full of themselves to see anything else. Whomever I have interacted with so far , 90% of people are arrogant and think SFDC is invincible.

I went through the employee referral program. There were 4 interviews - initial phone screen (30 mins) with the recruiter, the technical interview (60 mins), consulting interview (60 mins) and a panel interview which includes a presentation. All the interviews were conducted over the phone/Google Meet. Overall, the process was very efficient and took about 2 weeks to get through all the interviews. Everyone I interacted with was professional and friendly.
