Salesforce Sales Development Representative interview questions

The first interview was with a recruiter over the phone. The second phone interview was more a prep call for the in-person interview. At the in-person, I met with an employee in my same role first and then had a panel interview with several sales managers.

I was referred by an employee. A recruiter emailed me back to set up a discovery call - she was warm, reassuring and knowledgable - she gave me awesome tips for my interview and was very encouraging and supportive! Next step was a panel interview with managers and peers - it was an intense process, lots of thought-provoking questions but everyone is super friendly and warm. The team made me feel right at home and was more supportive than intimidating. If you want to get a job at SF, make sure you do some trails to learn more about the product, get to know their culture, values and philanthropic values - it's truly a magical place. Be a master of story telling and avoid answering questions in a predictable way, be yourself and be unique. A couple of days after my interview, I got a call from my recruiter with feedback from the team and I got my offer.
