I applied online. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was long. It took a total of a month and a half, but everyone is very friendly, professional and warm.
The first part was a screening, 2nd was the recruiter, and the last was an in-person interview where you meet a person in the same role, then a panel with managers. The last interview is about 2 hours long.
Overall, it's a standard interview. Really know everything about the company, and show you put work into it. Read articles, watch videos of Dreamforce, study Ohana, and practice, practice, practice!

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (Dublino, Dublino) in Mar 2017
Interview
My interview process involved a 30 minute telephone call via recruiter followed by an interview panel of 2 hours at Salesforce EMEA HQ in Dublin. The HR recruiter was super friendly and approachable, always ready to answer any queries I had. The process was very straightforward - once I passed the call I was moved to the final round which involved a panel interview with two Sales Managers and lasted one hour. I was required to prepare a 15 minute presentation and answer questions based on what I presented. I then carried out a mock sales call together with the panel. Following this I had a 30 minute 1:1 interview with the Sales Director. I was then informed that I'd receive an answer in a maximum period of 5 days. My interview took place on a Thursday and I received my offer the following Tuesday.
Overall the process was one of the best interview processes I'd ever attended. All my interviewers were pleasant, encouraging and very supportive.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce (San Francisco, CA) in May 2017
Interview
I was invited to apply for the position via an alumni connection. I was then contacted for a phone screen, then a phone interview, and then an in-person interview with an SDR and three SDR managers. The questions were mostly: why sales, why Salesforce, why you, etc. I received an offer within 24 hours of my interview. Overall, I thought the process was great and I was constantly in the loop about next steps.
