I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Salesforce in Apr 2022
Interview
They had four rounds of interviews. First with recruiter, then with hiring manager, then a one on one with potential colleague, then a panel interview where you had to overcome objections, create a PowerPoint, and conduct a mock sales
Scenario
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to collaborate across a team
Recruiter missed multiple interviews only to tell me they have no positions only.
6 months later I receive an interview invite with pay $20k lower than originally discussed
Manager arrives late to the interview then cuts the time early. Company seems disorganized and difficult to take seriously as a so called leader in SaaS.

Question 1
Explain your sales process
How do you perform outreach
Describe a deal won
Apply via Workday, initial recruiter screening via phone call, 1:1 manager interview and introduction, then panel presentation with role play. You'll need to build and present a deck in the final stages.

Question 1
Walk me through a deal example and how you won the opportunity.
pretty easy interview. Had to do a case. It felt like it was just a formality and they put me up to it to fit into their standard processes. Not the best experience but it is what it is
