Initially, I had a Human Resources (HR) interview, likely focused on assessing my general suitability for the role, interpersonal skills, and alignment with the company culture. Following that, I progressed to a Technical interview, which typically involves assessing my skills and knowledge related to the specific job requirements. Finally, after successfully navigating both stages, the HR department confirmed my acceptance or offer for the position. I'm pleased to have reached the final stage!
The interview process was well-organized and comfortable. It had three stages: an initial HR interview, a panel interview, and a final interview with the Vice President. The interviewers were punctual and made candidates feel at ease.
