I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RSA Security in Jun 2018
Interview
I did not apply to RSA, I was contacted by a recruiter out of the Boston area based on my experience she saw on LinkedIn. Had an initial conversation with the recruiter for about 45 minutes, and she told me she is going to next steps and get with the hiring manager. A week goes by and no response, so I follow up via voicemail and replies to the LinkedIn message she sent. Still no response from her. Another week goes by and she answers her phone and tells me she hasn't heard back from the manager, and that it wasn't a good chance based on my lacking experience. She claims she said that during our conversation, which was not the case.

Interview
Very comfortable and down to earth. They team sat with me and we discussed my background and they asked me many questions. They were able to give me an open forum to ask questions about their business and how they liked working at RSA.
