I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Mangalore) in Aug 2017
Interview
One technical round followed by HR round. Technical round mostly tested basics. Questions were asked from the relevant background and software as well. C programming skills are a must though others would be appreciated. The questions were not numerical but conceptual in nature. They weren't interested in any exact answer but were more interested in the approach
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Pudong, Shanghai) in Nov 2013
Interview
First, HR will contact you about the time you are free, then have phone interview, if you can pass it, then it will come up with a face-to-face interview in Qualcomm office.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Qualcomm (Hyderabad) in Dec 2016
Interview
There was one technical round and one HR round. Each round took around 30 mins. In the first round, the interviewer asked me a few questions on various signal processing concepts (my area of specialization). Apparently, I got through the technical round and was asked to wait for the HR round. I waited for hours but the interview didn't happen. The panel outright rejected the candidates who they were not able to interview because of time constraints (that's what they say). I did not expect this from such a reputed company. Maybe they weren't really interested.
