First, you need to complete an online test similar to the CFA. It’s straightforward and includes detailed questions about your past work experience and your reasons for switching jobs. After that, there are case study questions to assess your problem-solving and analytical skills.

2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
