Assessment en twee interviews. Een diepte en breedte interview. Breedte interview ging aan de hand van het cv waarbij je uit moest leggen wat je precies hebt gedaan. Diepte interview was een grondige motivatie waarom consultancy, waarom pwc, waarom deze functie en dit team.

Wat aan de publieke sector trekt jou om daarin je werk te doen? Welke opdracht zou je graag willen doen?
Online test and then in person interview. The online tests were faily standard. Interview process followed why pwc and why the role etc . They then asked if I wanted to ask them anything and I could tell that they were interested to see if I'd researched the role and company and had applicable questions.

My interview process was a total of 3 rounds. The first and last round was mostly behavioral questions, and the 2nd round had some casing aspects / scenario based prompts.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved
