Interview
Applied in Novermber and waited for approximately 3-4 weeks for the telephone interview. attended AC in December. AC is fairly straight forward and consists of the standard SHL numerical, verbal and logical test.1 standard telephone interview, followed by testing at the bank. The 2nd round interview was more technical, difficult but fair. The 3rd and final interview was tough, but again, very fair considering the job.

1. Manager round: He asked basic questions on past profile and checked my understanding
2. Director round: He checked basic concepts on the business understanding. There was a small case to be solved

One thing you would take care of while designing systems
Quite nice and chill. Do not give a lot of pressure, just like a normal chatting and a process to know more about your character and skills.Do go deep into following questions for making sure you are nor making up stories.
Meeting with hr and straight forward with two senior managers at the same time, asked technical questions about governance and management, my background and experience related. Overall positive meeting, they were extremley kind
