How would you help a customer who was trying to find a specific item
Process was well-run and positive overall. Similar to other job interviews, asked standard questions about experience and scenario type questions. There were no trick questions or questions designed to catch you out
The interview was done with the manager of the branch and very professional. It was punctual and I was impressed. I was asked all the usual questions and informed how the business was run.
