Primark Sale Assistant interview questions

Summer 2018 STAR questions. Situation, time, action and result. Give and example of a time when you worked in a team, when you when above and beyond for a customer/difficult customer, when you had to communicate some information (presentation etc), when you had a large task (how did you organise), when you had to work to a high standard of quality (how did you achieve it)

I applied online, just filling out a form and uploading a CV. Then asked to complete a scenario based test. If test passed then accepted for an interview, which I was. The interview was one to one and asked questions relating to scenarios and what would you do in that situation along with giving examples of certain skills.
