Quick and simple interview process, kind staff and very keen to hire, great as a first job in retail with friendly co workers across multiple departments and stores with lots of overtime opportunities and creative merchandising
Great! Would love to interview here for any job at any time. Boss is good and balance too. Multiple rounds but all work just fine and will go back. Maybe in future again.
Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.
Usually have a group interview, and then have an individual one with two managers. They will ask you situational questions, and then questions about yourself. Received a call back the next day.
