They only asked me very common sense questions and nothing too technical like what equipment do you think you will be using or where do you want to work, instead they just ask more of questions that make you feel like you're already an employee already

They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
