I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Primark (Manchester, Inghilterra) in Oct 2022
Interview
Super quick and easy, focus a lot on personality since this is entry-level and don't typically expect experience.
Will ask a little bit about you and why you applied, then some scenario questions that can be answered with common sense.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The classic Primark question - how would you prioritise these three things, a customer approaching you with a query, picking up items dropped on the floor, and filling up stock on the shop floor
They asked around four typical STAR interview questions that are simple to answer with prep and it lasted about ten to fifteen minutes. It was overall good and very relaxed.

Teamwork question that was asked in the star format
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

Question 1
They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
