I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Bristol, Inghilterra) in Apr 2017
Interview
I applied online and 1-2 weeks later I was invited for an interview in the store.
The lady interviewing me was very friendly, the interview itself was very casual and felt more like a normal conversation. So nothing that one really needs to stress about.
The questions were more general and about me as a person. Of course, it is always better to inform yourself about where you are going to work and why, though.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What would you say when a customer cannot decide between 2 items?
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps

They asked about previous experience, and how to handle certain situations with customers, also about flexibility
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.
