For the first day we all met up and were shown a slideshow about the company and it's values. Afterwards we were lead to the main area with lots of seating with different interviewers - I was interviewed by a lovely, polite lady who took time to listen to me speak about my work experience and other information. About a day or two later I had an email explaining that I had been accepted with information on the next meeting. Our next meeting consisted of meeting one another and doing some ice breaker activities where I met one of my main supervisors and managers and others who would be working with me. During this day we also had to write down information in our staff handbooks that we were given and do a few activities based on real situations with customers, such as serving, complaints, etc. - this went okay but I feel like there should have been more time given to learn about different situations as some of us were confused and felt slightly judged by our activity outcomes that day.
Overall I felt the actual interviewing process went well but I felt the activities day fell flat with me, but mainly because I'm not an extremely sociable person with new people.
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
