I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Primark (Bradford, Yorkshire and the Humber, England) in May 2017
Interview
Once I had completed an application and sent it in via the internet; I received a phone call 2 days later asking me to attend a one to one interview. My interview was held on the 11th May 2017 and consisted mainly of scenario questions. It was quite relaxed and you was able to take your time with your answers without feeling pressured to hurry up and get to the next question. However, I was only interviewed by one Hiring Manager when it was meant to be two; as one would be note taking and the other would be conversing with me and ensuring that I was relaxed, confident, honest etc. This meant that I was given no eye contact throughout the entire process (in my case it helped, I did not feel pressure then) Once the interview had come to an end (about 15 minutes later) the Hiring Manager thanked me, and escorted me off the premises and ensured that she would be in touch within the week. Two days later, I received a phone call and was offered the position. I accepted and will soon be attending the Induction Day.

Question 1
A customer wants to try on a piece of clothing e.g. a top, however the queues are long and the customer does not have time to wait around. You are not able to cut her in front of the other customers as this would be unfair treatment to the them - what do you do?
There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
