I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Primark (Gateshead, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Two person interview one led the questions other wrote and piped in occasionally. Standard questions what do you know about the company why do you want to work here. Give an example of good customer service. Give an example of when you have dealt with a difficult situation. Quite long interview considering the temp nature of the role. All answers scored out of 5 but hard to judge how you were doing. Asked twice if I had any special adjustments that would need to be made to the role! And were overly conserned about how far away I lived.. told them I can drive and it's not as if the hours were unsociable for getting public transport.

There’s an exam first at home then an in person interview, it’s one manager interviewing you and it’s quite short, they don’t ask too many questions just know your CV and being able to work flexible hours helps
