Applied online. Got a phone call inviting me for interview 2-3 weeks later. Interview lasted around 20 minutes. Got a phone call two days later with a job offer. Interview was pretty easy, only question I didn't expect was where I see myself going within Primark.

A customer is in a rush and needs to try on a dress, she sees there's a bit of a queue for the changing room. What do you do?
Questions you would expect in majority retail roles. Questions about shop floor interactions. Customer interactions etc. There's only a few questions. Interview focuses the most on your soft skills and your approach to the retail environment.

very smooth, just went up to the checkout area and said i have an interview, we sat in the back and i just got asked a few questions, very friendly it felt more personal and easier to talk compared to other interviews i have had
