I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Primark (Londra, Inghilterra) in Jun 2015
Interview
Basic online application: submit your CV and list you availability. I received an email the next day to attend an interview at one of the stores. The interview was with one of the store managers. He went over my CV and asked me questions about past retail experience and how I have demonstrated various skills. He then asked about availability and times I would prefer. It lasted around 20 minutes and was pretty easy going. No need to wear a suit, just smart/casual clothes. I received an email within 2-3 days confirming my employment and contracted hours.
NB- If you apply to any of the London stores (marble arch or tottenham court road), they can place you at either store, even if you initially applied to one in particular.
