Primark Dales Associate interview questions

Individual phone interview asking basic questions about sales experience in fast-paced environments and expectations. As I already worked for another store in a different location I didn't have to attend to a second interview. Once I got it, there was a induction day talking about the business, its mission and values.

Simple, asks questions about yourself/ how you’ve dealt with heavy work load in previous jobs. Asks about availability and preferred working/ contracted hours. Scenario based eg how would you react to a challenging customer.
