I first got contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn that was looking for graduates to join the IT department. After showing my interest we scheduled a phone call. The call consisted of an introduction to the company, the IT department, the open positions, and some questions about background, skills, and experiences.
After that, the recruiter sent some online tests to complete within a time limit concerning math, logic, and English.
They reviewed the tests and I got the invitation for other on-site steps.
The on-site interview consisted of 3 steps:
First step: taking a reduced version of the test I did at home.
Second step: group interview with other interviewees to point out team working skills.
Third step: 1-on-1 interview with the Hiring Manager to review the whole process and to ask questions.
