If interested in your skills and personality they will call you to set up an interview, you go to the interview answer brief questions about scenarios "What would you do if" "talk about a time when" and the average interview questions.Once done they will send you on your way while either telling you your hired on the spot or they will give you a call in a few due to review other possible candidates.
