Planet Fitness interview questions

Applied online, received a phone call to schedule a Teams Meeting interview for 45 minutes within 2 days. A second Teams interview is required for this position. Very easy and laid back interviewing process overall. Lots of questions about management style and team leading abilities. Interviewer was engaging and professional. Very upfront about the salary and schedule - 50+hrs/week with a base salary of $45k with some commission so roughly $55k total. They were unable to budge any higher on the salary, despite having a proven track record and management background. Ultimately I declined the role because the salary and work being asked is disproportionate and does not meet my salary expectations.
