Planet Fitness interview questions

He called me 2 days later(applied online). Went in, and I was hired on the spot. He asked 3 questions, smiled, and told me I got the job. Every person I know who has been hired at Planet Fitness, has been hired on the spot. After you get the job you fill out paperwork, and it takes 2-3 days for it to process in the system. You'll train for 5 days, and then you're on your own.

He had me take him on a tour around the gym. I knew nothing about the gym so I winged it. He asked easy questions. He said that its very easy to get promoted within this business which is just something he says to get you to accept the offer.
