I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.

The managers sits with you and goes over your past experience with customer service. They go over different tasks that has to be done by the end of the day and what it would be like to work there. if you are qualified for the job you can start the next day.

Different situations with dealing with customers ?
The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
