I had a two person interview with a manager and another upper level employee. The questions were relevant and they were very willing to answer any questions I had. I personally don't mind having more than one person interview me for accuracy and oversight, however I can see how that might overwhelm or intimidate another person.

Interview
He asked the usual questions but did not pay attention while I answered. He was focused on everything but me. I was told later that I already had the job based on my experience and the brief phone call I had with the other manager. The interview was just to make sure I "wasn't really weird or something."
The process was quite Simple and Easygoing. They asked about average and expected interview questions. Nothing too crazy. People were very friendly. Chill environment. Manger made a job offer on the spot. You can choose to accept or decline.

Simple laid back. Asked about work history and background. Specific hours. Asked if comfortable standing most of the shift. Frequent cleaning. Very nice manager. I feel that younger people tend to get hired more. Pay is not that great.
