The interview happened in three steps: - A take-home project that was focused on overall engineering practice, e.g. code, tests, documentation environment setup, and so on - A phone interview in which an Opower engineer who had reviewed my project asked me questions about my choices - An on-site interview that consisted of 7 different interviews with different teammates, including lunch with potential teammates
