Interview
We had a 45 minute coding interview. First question was a brain teaser where they gave you a function and you had to explain what it did. You're supposed to try inputs while saying out loud what was happening in the code. Once you have the output, you explain what it was abstractly trying to do. Second problem is just a normal coding problem

Interview
Absolutely chaotic. Have interviewed with other Big Tech companies but the experience here was by far the worst. Interviews were scheduled informally via Email, no actual Recruiter / Coordinator involved, the whole agenda seemed arbitrary both content wise and time wise. In a guerilla fashion you were supposed to take on another interview and then another, prolonging the process unnecessarily. The range and depth levels between each interview were unpredictable, that included being asked about three different coding languages, machine learning theory / statistics, software engineering practices and coding problems (LC difficulties medium to hard), where I received a hard coding problem and I was given only 25min instead of Google-style 45min. Worst part was the feedback handling. Had to reach out myself after the max period they gave themselved to decide on the hiring decision, just to receive a No.
