Oracle Software Developer interview questions

The interview process was overall easy and smooth. I was asked a number of questions mostly dealing with behavior. I think the questions were fairly easy and not too difficult.

Round 1:- Technical test Total Question – 9 Technical MCQ – 6(OOPS, Database, OS, Pseudo Code) Programming Question – 2 (Level – Intermediate) SQL Question – 1(Level- Advanced) Round 2:- Technical Round •Introduce yourself. •Asked to explain all projects mentioned on resume. • Also, asked out of all project explain any 1 with details and why you think this project is important for you and what you have studied from it. • Asked which programming language you are comfortable; in my case it was C++. • Asked to explain the Sorting Algorithm (i.e., merge sort, bubble sort, etc.) • SQL Queries (Joins, index etc.). Asked to explain in details and how these concepts are used in Tech Industry. • Internship Experience - Asked to share more details, what’s the aim during internship. What you learned from the industry problems. Round 3:- HR round • Asked to Introduce Myself. • Interviewer was reweaving my resume, pointed few highlighted points and asked question on that. • Asked to present my project via, screen sharing. • Asked OOPS concepts in details and told to explain in industry Level example. • After seeing my internship experience, just question on that. Explain everything in details. • Few SQL Queries. • Then asked if you have any question regards company work culture and all. • Since, interviewer was from Mumbai location itself, then asked where you stay, how many members are there in your family, what’s your dream/goal, hobbies related questions.
