It was fairly simple. The recruiter reached out to me to have a 30 minute call/screening, then followed up with a technical screen and a super day. The technical screen wasn't too hard, and the super day also had technical questions, all of which I think are similar to easy and medium leetcode questions.
Three interviews including with HR, direct team and direct manager. They asked thoughtful questions and are open to engineers working remotely. There are multiple locations and guest spaces when you do go into the office.
Panel with 2 simple coding and 2 behavioral. Behavioral were a bit uncomfortable, not sure why but most people seemed nice. I think it’s probably highly team dependent but the team I interviewed with seemed cool.
