It is quite simple. Few common coding questions, at max 2 java technical rounds with basic oracle DB knowledge and then managerial and HR round. Initial there was a telephone screening round with VP/Director. it is good to have done some homework on the team/vertical getting interviewed for.
Two steps : First HR call and discuss about the role and then onsite interview where first meeting with senior members in team for technical question and then interview with manager.

Very unorganized process
First round is formal HR round.
Second round was postponed for 3 times and recruiter asked for my interview timings and scheduled interview in exactly opposite time. Interviewer didn't even ask for my details and literally grilled me on CS background for whole 1 hour
