The process was very quick you only have to go through two rounds of interviews, first is with a recruiter and its just behavioral questions & the next is with two managers.
Apply internally, then a recruiter will reach out to you then you have a phone screening and if you pass that you have two interviews and a mock call. I’ve emailed the recruiter several times, but she has never emailed me back.
I applied online. I interviewed at Oracle (Austin, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interviewer was not great. She asked questions that truly did not make sense for an entry level position targeting graduates. She was really dry and made what should have been a casual phone interview feel very robotic and awkward. She went right through her list of questions and was very disengaged the entire time. So be prepared to give your answers and expect zero conversation or follow up questions between.
