Tell me about a time when you faced a challenging situation
The interview process at Oracle typically begins with a recruiter screen to assess motivation, communication skills, and overall fit, followed by a hiring manager interview focused on sales mindset, prospecting approach, and behavioral scenarios. Candidates are often asked to complete a mock sales role play or cold-call exercise to demonstrate discovery, objection handling, and confidence in a real-world setting. The final stage usually involves a senior leader or director interview that evaluates long-term potential, coachability, and alignment with Oracle’s culture and growth path before moving to the offer stage.
